Michael Colandone is a real estate professional with 28 years of diverse real estate experience with significant emphasis on construction management and executive sales management. Mr. Colandone’s approach to the home building and sales processes aggressively considers every customer touch-point, thereby enhancing the customer experience and company results.
Mr. Colandone started his career as a superintendent and project manager for Pacific Properties, Horizon Communities and Champion Homes and was recognized for his leadership in bringing the construction of over 1,500 homes ahead of schedule and on budget.
From 2000 – 2007, while at Richmond American Homes of Nevada, a leading National Home Builder, Mr. Colandone held the positions of director of operations and vice president of sales and operations. He was the recipient of several accolades in having successfully managed over 3,500 units and $900,000,000 of construction and closings while leading a team of more than 80 employees.
Mr. Colandone later served as the vice president of sales for the award-winning, Christopher Homes from 2007 - 2008. His span of control included the sales management of a $500,000,000 portfolio of multi-million dollar custom, semi-custom, and mixed-use properties located in Las Vegas, Nevada and Park City, Utah. These properties were renowned for their fine amenities, within private ski and golf resort-like settings.
Mr. Colandone is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science – Finance and is currently a licensed real estate broker in Nevada and California.
